Traditional Indian Massage

The Experience

A traditional Indian massage is based on the ancient healing system called Ayurveda. This Indian head massage is invigorating, uplifting and revitalising.

The therapist will work on your upper back, shoulders, scalp and face. Ayurvedic oils are massaged into the scalp for their many therapeutic properties, however, the use of oils is optional. This type of massage is used to relieve eye strain, insomnia, migraines, stiff necks and shoulders and headaches. It can also tone facial muscles and stimulate and nourish the hair and scalp.

Vital Information

Please book 3-6 weeks in advance for the massage. You must be 16 years old. You are advised to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are late for any appointment the time will be deducted from your treatment.

We recommend you advise the Day Spa booking team if you or any of your Day Spa guests have a medical condition. This could be skin conditions, allergies or any other medical condition.

The Weather

The package is not dependent on the weather.

Session Length

The facial treatment will last for 30 minutes.

Numbers

This voucher is valid for one person.

Spectators

Spectators are not permitted but are encouraged to purchase additional vouchers to also experience the treatments.

Dress Code   

The Beauty Spa operates an informal dress code – it is important that you feel at ease. Towels, robes and slippers will be provided by the Beauty Spa on a complimentary basis.
